To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it

Be in the original packaging with all tags attached

Contact us to receive a prepaid return label with a return ID number

If you prefer to arrange your own return shipping, we recommend using a trackable service and purchasing insurance

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without our prepaid label

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchange shipping times may vary depending on your location
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning multiple items

For Customers in Canada:

Contact us to receive our return address and a return ID number

Unfortunately, we cannot provide prepaid return labels for Canadian returns

We will cover the shipping cost for your exchange item once we receive your return

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Whether your refund has been approved or denied

If approved:

Your refund will be processed automatically

A credit will be applied to your original payment method
